ServiceNow Senior Consultant - ITAM, ITSM & ITOM

At Leadout, we’re expanding our ServiceNow practice and looking for a Senior Consultant – ITAM / ITSM / ITOM. In this role, you’ll help clients get the most out of their ServiceNow investments: from Asset Management to Service and Operations Management. You’ll design and deliver solutions that solve complex challenges, while growing fast yourself in an environment that values your individuality, autonomy, and impact.

About the role

What you’ll do

You advise clients on strategies and best practices across IT Asset, Service, and Operations Management.
You lead end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and optimizations of ServiceNow modules.
You translate business requirements into clear and actionable solution decisions.
You facilitate workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions with client teams.
You collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, business, and vendor experts to ensure successful delivery.
You stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

What you bring

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
You have 5+ years’ experience in consulting or implementation roles within ITAM, ITSM, and/or ITOM.
You bring strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and relevant modules.
You can turn business needs into solution-specific technical decisions.
You are proactive, analytical, and client-focused.
Certifications such as ITIL or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist are a plus.
