About the role

What you’ll do

  • You guide clients on ServiceNow best practices, specializing either in Sourcing & Procurement Operations or in ITAM, ITSM and ITOM.
  • You lead end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and optimizations of ServiceNow modules.
  • You translate business requirements into clear and actionable solution decisions.
  • You facilitate workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions with client teams.
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, business, and vendor experts to ensure successful delivery.
  • You stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

What you bring

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • You have 4+ years’ experience in consulting or implementation roles within ITAM, ITSM, ITOM or SPO
  • You bring strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and relevant modules.
  • You can turn business needs into solution-specific technical decisions.
  • You are proactive, analytical, and client-focused.
  • Certifications such as ITIL or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist are a plus.
