As a Senior Consultant – Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO), you’ll help leading clients tackle complex sourcing challenges and turn them into smart, value-driven ServiceNow solutions. About the role

What you’ll do

You advise clients on best practices and strategies within the ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement Operations module.
You lead end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and optimizations of ServiceNow sourcing and procurement solutions.
You translate business requirements into clear solution decisions, ensuring smooth implementation.
You facilitate workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions with client stakeholders.
You collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, business, procurement, and vendor experts to deliver results that stick.
You stay ahead of platform updates, sourcing trends, and emerging technologies

What you bring

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
You have 5+ years of experience in consulting or implementation roles within sourcing and procurement.
You bring proven expertise in the ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement Operations module.
You can translate business needs into solution-specific decisions with confidence.
You are proactive, analytical, and client-focused.
ServiceNow certifications such as Implementation Specialist – Procurement are a plus.
